The amazing thing about Bramblewood is that although we're minutes from every
sort of restaurant and shopping, our riders never hear the sound of traffic.
The facility includes
eighty + acres of trails that connect to an additional vast area for riding and
exploring. The jumping arena is designed for exceptional drainage and work
is finally completed on a 20m x 60m dressage ring. For the hot summer months
we've recently been gifted with a 150' x 300' summer ring in full shade by the
river bottom, complete with a galloping track and soon to come cross country
jumps. We are fifteen minutes from the
airport, eight miles from downtown and twenty minutes from Tryon, NC.
The barn is beautiful, built in the English style with open shedrows and twenty
stalls with dutch doors. The barn has two tacks rooms, one for the lesson program and another for
boarders - and soon a new tack room/lounge will be completed in the new wing of
the barn. We want to thank Scott Gosnell of Tryon, NC (Hunting Country
Projects 828-545-6871) for his miraculous one-man construction in the new wing,
shavings shed and roof. The turnouts are all fenced in ultra-safe HorseGuard
and our room for pasture expansion is limitless.
Our goal is complete relaxation for the horses and for our clients. We know
that the new location will surround our clients in positive energy. In the
European style, we want our clients to see the facility as their second home, a
place for conversation, learning and peace, all the things that are conducive to
happy horses that excel at their work.
